Our seasonal, four-course tasting menu paired with award-winning wines makes the perfect summertime, date night.
1st Course: Prisoner Red Blend
Roasted Oysters seasoned with butter, garlic, and herbs. Served with house-made sour dough toast points.
2nd course: Unshackled Sparkling Rose
Seasonal Salad of spring mix, arugula, peaches, dried cranberries, roasted almond slices, goat cheese, and a citrus vinaigrette.
3rd course: Saldo Zinfandel
Grilled 1855 beef tenderloin, grilled local shrimp, roasted fingerling potatoes, wilted spinach, and honey glazed carrots.
4th course: Blindfold Pinot Noir
