Chicago Style Cooking Demonstration Class & Dinner, Featuring Chef Bernard Bennet, formerly chef de cuisine of Big Jones Chicago now executive chef of the soon to open, Okan Bluffton. The city of big shoulders is known for its big flavors and approachable delicacies. Chef Bernard will whip up some of his favorite Chicago dishes with fresh twists.

Appetizer- Chicago-style popcorn, mini-Chicago dog.
Salad-Shaved Brussels sprout with pomegranate, pears, tea-soaked raisins, and toasted cashews.
Entrée-Chicago Italian Beef with giardiniera, and beef jus.
Dessert- Caramel Cake.
Complimentary glass of beer, house wine, or Charleston Tea Garden iced tea.
Wine & Beer available for purchase by the glass.
