Head Chef Modou Jaiteh was raised in the Gambia and comfort food back home means Domodo, a peanut stew with vegetables and meat. The ingredients and flavors of West Africa have a lot in common with Gullah foods. In this Porch Dinner Modou will weave together traditional methods and fresh, seasonal ingredients for a dinner experience like no other in the Lowcountry.
