Eating Hoppin’ John & collards on New Year’s Day will bring good fortune in the New Year. Never eat chicken or turkey because they scratch backwards, holding you back from moving forward into a bright future.

Breakfast Strat. House-made bread, farm eggs, seasonal veggies, cheese.
Fresh Local Fish. Lightly battered, seasoned & fried.
Pulled Pork. Cooked low and slow, served with barbecue sauce.
Prime Rib. Au jus, sliced to order.

Mac & Cheese. Because it is comforting & yummy.
Cornbread. A thick wedge of the classic Lowcountry side made with locally-milled, heritage grain corn, whipped brown butter.
