Harvest charcuterie and gourmet cheeses. Toasted sourdough baguette paired with Justin Sauvignon Blanc

Arugula- mission figs, roasted shallot, peppercorn vinaigrette, Romano cheese paired with Justin Rosé

Fish Course

Wild Halibut- pan roasted, sage brown butter, root vegetable medley paired with Justification Reserve

Herb Crusted Wagyu Tenderloin- béarnaise sauce, Yukon gold whipped potatoes paired with Justin Cabernet
