Friday Chef’s Dinner- Alaskan Dinner with Chef Kaylah

While most of our culinary team are South Carolina born and bred, Chef Kaylah hails from the great state of Alaska. She will host a dinner featuring dishes from the 49th state.
Smoked Salmon Dip
Smoked salmon, fresh dill, lemon on toasted baguette
Citrus Fennel Salad
Shaved fennel, tossed with citrus vinaigrette on a bed of Brant Family Farm arugula
Alaska Seafood Stew
Garlic and onions, tarragon, crushed tomatoes, stewed with fresh Alaskan salmon, pollock and crab.
Fresh Rhubarb Crumble
Fresh Alaska rhubarb, warming spices with a scoop of local vanilla bean ice cream
