Chef’s Supper – Lowcountry Bounty with Head Chef Modou Jaiteh

Lowcountry Fresh Head Chef Modou Jaiteh spent a decade in the US learning from top kitchens in New York, Raleigh and New Orleans before heading west to open the acclaimed pop-up Jacaranda in Boulder that drew on the food culture of his native Gambia. Modou opened the Lowcountry Fresh kitchen last May and is the creator of the exquisite, fresh flavors in many of our most popular dishes.
